Worked 8hours a day tapos overtime pa kaya palaban malala ang backpain. But what is backpain if you’ll have a PT session here in HI PHYSIO THERAPY before restday. Super worth it! The clinic is neat and may good ambiance. Smooth process/transaction mula pagdating sa clinic hanggang matapos ang sessions then scheduling the next..One of the highlight of the Bacoor Clinic is their PTs. Very courteous, accommodating and they would really know your concerns. The place is clean, the staff are every accommodating. The PT is very details when it comes to the use of machine and equipment even the cover and non-cover of HMO. Even their Doctor is approachable, you won't hesitate to ask.In addition, I finally done my knee session, I really feel the improvement of my knee pain from the very first session until last session and they're really giving you a knowledge to every procedure and exercises you are doin'. I had my rotator cuff repair on July, 2023 in FL, USA. Since my Mom was celebrating her 99th birthday on August, I decided to come home to the Philippines for that celebration and at the same time continue my therapy. I spent few days of therapy sessions in Florida after my surgery.I went in the clinic wearing my sling and was asked “what will be the goal?”. I said, “I just wanna at least comb and fix my hair by myself” 😂That was on Aug 2023.And that was Ms Jovie Pangilinan who asked me that question.It is January 2024 now, 29th to be exact. I cannot just comb and fix my hair but I can do a lot of stuff now ( still with caution though). I can move my right arm in 120° out of 180° now. Still need to do some work on my arm but Im grateful that my arm is more flexible than 7 months ago.Thanks ro the therapists who helped meon this journey especially to Ms Jovie Pangilinan who showed dedication and patience and also gave me a lot of encouragements whenever I feel on not doing it.

I have been experiencing left shoulder pain the past few years from playing basketball. Upon my consultation, their rehab doctor advised me to undergo 6 to 8 sessions.
