Admin and Approver only
This page is pretty basic, you only need search for a Patient using Last Name, First Name or Patient ID. After clicking Filter patient, select from the patient list. Basic, HMO and existing schedule are going to be displayed. The page will not give you the option to add a consultation schedule if there is an existing one.
If there is no existing consultation schedule, set the date, time, referring and attending doctor and click Submit Schedule.
